RSSTom Waits - Ghosts of Saturday Night/Heart of Saturday Night (Live) 12/16/75
The past few weeks I’ve been doing a thing with Nathan, prompting him to sing songs like Tom Waits. He’ll growl out a few words and I really need to get this on video.
At any rate, I’ve been a casual listener of Tom for a while and this week I’ve been getting deep into his back catalog. Nathan and I spent the morning cleaning up the house listening to Waits’ “The Heart of Saturday Night.” In the span of time it took to clean up the living room and play a little “Hot Wheels,” I’m a huge fan. Such storytelling.
Plus, he’s the only person on this earth besides my grandmother that I’ve ever heard say “he meant to vomit” after belching. Couldn’t even believe it.

About the ROCKS GLASS
“Creative technologist” sounds like an aggrandized term. It is. But, it rolls off the tongue much easier than Designer, Developer, Writer, Broadcaster, Filmmaker, Speaker, Musician, Photographer and Attention Whore. Plus, it looks way cooler on a business card.
